How to Schedule Your Session

  1. Choose Your Preferred Date & Time:
    Visit my scheduling page to view available times. Select a time slot that works best for you.
  2. Complete the Booking Form:
    Once you’ve selected a date and time, fill out the required booking form with your name, contact information, and any specific details regarding the session (e.g., goals for the meeting, questions, etc.).
  3. Confirm Your Appointment:
    After submitting your details, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the session details. This email will include:
    • Date and time of your session
    • Link to access the virtual meeting (if applicable)
    • Any pre-session instructions (such as filling out a questionnaire or gathering materials)
  4. Rescheduling/Cancellation:
    Need to reschedule or cancel? You can easily modify your appointment through the confirmation email. Just click the reschedule/cancel link and choose a new time or cancel altogether.
  5. Prepare for the Session:
    Please make sure to:
    • Check your internet connection (for virtual meetings)
    • Have any necessary materials or questions ready
    • Show up on time to get the most out of your session
